Hi

I've had these great XP appearance themes for about 4 years and honestly can't remember where I found them so I take NO CREDIT for these creations nor can I give it to whom its due .

If anyone knows where they may have evolved from, by all means let me know.

Simply place the contents of compressed file into C : Windows : Resources : Theme folder and hopefully already have a patch to allow ' unassigned msstyles ' such as these ones.

The only one I am aware of and currently use is the UX THEME PATCH. A link in case you need it :

Once you've applied the patch, rebOOt and the new styles will list in your appearance options.

NOTE: To nOObies wondering what is unassigned msstyles, they are simply additional appearance themes you can use instead of the ever so boring fisher-price xp layout we have all come to hate .

Personally I think they are of the better variety compared to alot of whats out there, regardless of age. Be sure to check out the links below for a better idea. I've been with the Aero UI Night Ruby. If you switch to classic menu while using Aero UI Night, ALL your menus become black with white text which is very cool, and something of a rariety of skins.
